Shanaz Amirjafari President and CEO founded MORI Associates in 1997. She now leads both divisions of the company, divided into MORI Aerospace and MORI Health, comprised of over 350 high-end professionals. With over 20 years of executive leadership experience, Shanaz has been at the helm of MORI’s game changing technologies and solutions.

Richard (Rick) Nygren utilizes his 35 years of NASA federal service and 15 years of international and corporate experience in ensuring operational excellence for all major programs. Applying his many years of operational and program leadership experience Rick works with MORI’s management team to provide our customers with the highest quality products and service using the latest program methodologies, processes and tools.

Social Responsibility

At MORI Associates social responsibility is fundamental to how we do business. Whether it is donating time, talent, or resources, MORI Associates recognizes the importance of giving back to the community. One of our primary social initiatives is ensuring children are receiving the educational funding and resources they need to succeed. MORI Associates is committed to this initiative through donating to schools across the country. This includes contributing supplies and scheduling employee visits to the Montgomery Primary Achievement Center (MPAC) as well as assisting in establishing a scholarship for the John Muir High School for Engineering and Environmental Science in Pasadena, California. With our company’s national presence, we take every step to support schools in the local communities we serve to ensure the education of the future engineering, science, and information technology leaders.
