President & CEO
Shanaz Amirjafari President and CEO founded MORI Associates in 1997. She now leads both divisions of the company, divided into MORI Aerospace and MORI Health, comprised of over 350 high-end professionals. With over 20 years of executive leadership experience, Shanaz has been at the helm of MORI’s game changing technologies and solutions.
VP, Program Operations
Richard (Rick) Nygren utilizes his 35 years of NASA federal service and 15 years of international and corporate experience in ensuring operational excellence for all major programs. Applying his many years of operational and program leadership experience Rick works with MORI’s management team to provide our customers with the highest quality products and service using the latest program methodologies, processes and tools.

Drawing upon years of experience in the federal hi-tech services market and a Juris Doctorate from Boston University, Michelle is responsible for corporate-wide Finance, Accounting, Human Capital, Recruiting, Quality, Contracts and Legal matters.

Blake Hershey leads MORI's technology offerings and corporate wide growth strategy. Leveraging a background in commercial consulting and federal sector business development Blake brings thought leadership to tailor solutions for our clients which ensure high-quality, mission-focused, cutting edge results. Over the past 4 years, under Blake's growth leadership, the company has experienced significant revenue growth.
MORI Aerospace provides a suite of complex solutions for both Federal and Commercial Aerospace clients in order to accomplish mission success.
MORI Health focuses on integrating science and technology to support R&D and treatment within the Federal and Commercial Healthcare fields.
